Everything. I’m from a small town with about 10,000 I saw ten thousand ppl at this hotel….it was huge with lots to do…the hotel was my biggest attraction of my trip!
The guest service was busy when we were checking out so it took a lil longer to get a baggage handler to our room for a check out

I absolutely loved the facility and my stay. It was so great I extended my stay.
The bartender JOAH. Very rude and snappy. Attempted to argue with me bc she made my drink unlike how it was suppose to be on the menu. Made sure I knew her name, even spelled it for me even though she had on a name tag and even pronounced it for me. (I didn’t ask for it). Before the drink issue, I would say thank you she was mute, my husband said thank you she would respond to him.

Walls in the room were stained and water damage in the bathroom on the walls under the vanity was extremely visible. The bed sheets had a few dark stains on them and on the nightstand closet to the bathroom, mold was growing in between the top and the side trim...I was surprised by the room vs. the cost. The Keurig and coffee did not look fresh, the Swizzel sticks paper was removed, my remote to the tv did not work and the complimentary bar of soap - the seal was broken.
Not that I am judging, but the amount of non-attending hotel guests occupying the front benches in the valet area and glass turn styles inside the lobby was a bit dismaying. Also, the elevators did not work at all. I ordered two scramble eggs and the chicken apple breakfast sausage at Texas Spice. The waiter was nice, the eggs were uniformly yellow (liquid eggs I presume) and the chicken apple breakfast sausage looked like a piece of Eckrich sausage from the 80's cut lengthwise. It was cold. For the $20.00 I ate three bites of eggs and had a cup of coffee. - totally unacceptable for the amount. Not upscale at all. Extremely disappointed on the price of food and lack of healthy choices. Most of the furniture in the various lobby areas were very work looking and frayed. It looked as though things have just been neglected. I asked several staff members about eating options locally and they referred me to the concierge who was not present at the desk. The valet was nice, when I turned in my valet ticket, I tipped generously but when the other guy brought my car around, he had his hand out...I let him know I had already tipped- super weird!

They were gracious and allowed us to check in early.
I reserved the executive king suite, which showed on the picture to he totally different! The room we received was not what I expected, and I called the front desk to inquire if this was indeed the executive king suite at 563 sq ft, and I was told it was! I told them I was not happy with my room. Also, we ordered room service for breakfast the next morning, a three egg omelet with ham, cheese, and onions it was burnt and cold. There was no indication of any ham, cheese, or onions! The toast was hard old , and potatoes were good . We ordered a side of bacon, which was a good thing that was the only protein present. This horrible meal cost $49.
