The staff was very friendly very helpful, the room was immaculate and beautifully done, the rooftop infinity pool and the bar was phenomenal. All around this day was absolutely amazing.
I think the prices were a little steep ,but for the service you get and the amenities it was still worth paying.

Clean look, nice atmosphere, beautiful building, nice staff
Only 2 carts to load clothes and suitcases to take to room, carts were not never available. Pool was not "heated", only 1 roll of TP, and 2 pairs of towels washcloths..have to call front desk for everything..ridiculous. what really pissed me off was not having more carts available for guests for clothes suitcases etc..

The location was great and the room was clean with a nice vibe. Loved the roof top pool and bar.
Asked for towel one morning and never received. The restaurant server (male) we had for breakfast could be more polite and customer oriented. All else was great there!

I loved the decor and style of the hotel. (Especially the chandelier). The view of the city from the roof at night was so great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant/bar looked soooo fun.
I was very pleased with everything. The only thing I had to complain about would be they ran out of Pinot Noir at the front desk. And the fruit loops and milk was expensive. LOL
