The location was great and the room was clean with a nice vibe. Loved the roof top pool and bar.
Asked for towel one morning and never received. The restaurant server (male) we had for breakfast could be more polite and customer oriented. All else was great there!

I loved the decor and style of the hotel. (Especially the chandelier). The view of the city from the roof at night was so great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant/bar looked soooo fun.
I was very pleased with everything. The only thing I had to complain about would be they ran out of Pinot Noir at the front desk. And the fruit loops and milk was expensive. LOL

the room looks like a miniature Starbucks with concrete floor and exposed air ducts. it’s dangerous for any elderly people or children. the room has only one chair, not even a sofa. so the two of us couldn’t even sit down at the same time. everything seemed to be so cheap and outdated. and we paid $200+ for it. unbelievable

I like the decor. Nice spacious lobby.
NO soundproofing. I can hear guests in the hallway easily. From outside, I can hear just about everything. Someone was blasting music in their car and it was shaking the windows of the room.
