Nice size room and great location
Parking is extra, have to pay for wifi if you use it. ? The ac was not cold, I like to sleep cold but that did not happen. Shower lost pressure mid shower. Bathroom outdated and not taken care of in general.

Bugs in my hotel room. I called to see if I could early check in and was told yes. I actually arrived later than expected after regular check in and was told the room would take another hour to be ready. Was given a downgraded room.

Quite literally nothing. Very poor stay, treatment from staff and facilities. Broken phone, $20.00/day to park in your hotels parking lot. Insane. Street parked my Lexus on principal rather than give them the $. NO VALET! Self park for $20 mind you.
No heated pool as described. It was also dirty and in decrepit condition. Light fixtures in all hallways were slanted and damaged. Carpet in hallways damaged and torn up and replaced sectionally. No sheet on bed.My view from my king suite was a lobby.

Love the location and the facilities. This is the second time I've stayed with them. I had the room for 3 nights but had to change to two nights I called and they changed it for me.
The room was very nice. Possibly an older part, or not as updated as the first room we stayed in. Still is nice and quiet on the higher floors. We had a fridge that didn't work and they changed it out very quickly. Would and probably will stay there again.
Oh! The beds are outstanding!
The only thing I had any kind of a problem with is the air conditioning. I put it down pretty low, 72 degrees, and it never got below 76. For me that's too hot. I said something at the same time as the fridge but then told them to forget about it. We were tired and wanted to wind down and go to bed for a very early morning.
