It is in a good location. it was also a good price. The staff were friendly.
We stay there every year for a conference and the property has gone down hill in the last year. All the ice machines were broken, the juice machine was broken, the coffee machine was broken, one elevator was broken. the doors on two of our room had to be forced open and shut becaseu they were warpped. one person found two roaches in her room. The floors were stained and filthy on each floor. Even at a discount, we will not be staying there again.

when I got to room main light burnt out, tv remote didn't work. When I took remote to desk clerk exchanged right away and with in a few hours light was fixed. Overall was good stay

The property was clean, fresh scent in and out the lobby. Beds were comfortable
The shower was lukewarm didn't have. The sink water flow was very low pressured. The beds were not queen sized they were more full size.

It was in an area where there were a lot of people in parking lots and wanderers. Couple of abandoned cars it seemed like. No issues with anything overall.

I liked the breakfast and the amenities. Beds were comfy also
The worker when I first came in to check in they told me that “they tried to contact me to tell me that they are over booked” which I had my phone on silence for my drive but there wasn’t any logs of them calling me, but there was a log of me calling to see how long check in was available for since I was arriving later in the night. So they almost gave my room away with no notice.

I liked about the property we were able to use the back gate for both in and out exit and entrance .The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they had a well-stocked selection of essential snacks and items for purchase.
There are too many bumps, and breakfast could be a bit better. Everyone doesn’t like wet eggs.
