Friendly staff and good location
Microwave did not work; I tried to use the room phone to call front desk and it did not work. Front desk told me they were sending someone. He didn't come around because there were other rooms with the same problem. Called front desk Sunday morning from my cell several times for clean towels with no answer. We had used towels from Saturday and we had to take bathroom towels to the pool because there were none left. The pool room has mold on big windows. There were abandoned vehicles in the parking lot that took up spaces closer to the hotel all weekend long. All the amenities that I consider when booking for hotels fell flat for this location.

My room door was hard to shut. I had to pull it really really hard on my way out & push it hard till I heard it click.
I had to wait forever at the front desk to pay for my snacks. I just left the money there and wrote a note. Went back the next day to get towels for the pool and had to wait. The front desk person wasn’t there again
