I liked the staff and check in and out was very easy
The air quality is bad very humid no circulation. The iron was dirty was unable to iron clothes. Hair left all around pool area.

It had a super strong floral smell through out the whole hotel that even when I came home my bag smelled like it. Needs better lighting in rooms as well . Seemed dim no matter what
