BED BUGS EVERYWHERE, horrible customer service, located in such a dangerous neighborhood just stay away
the area, the rooms were filthy i got bitten up by bed bugs.

It was a beautiful facility, the staff I interacted with were all extremely nice, and it is in a good location in regards to getting to various to-do things, right on the service road to I-75 and 1 block from 635, which can take u to various parts of Dallas quickly.
1) I booked this location for the inside pool because it was winter and very cold outside. The water looked so "inviting" through the locked door. A sign on the door said closed and I was heartbroken because I wanted to let my grandkids come over and swim.
2) There was always homeless people sleeping or congregating at the entrance to the driveway leading back to the hotel. I came in late a couple nights alone, and this made me a little uncomfortable.

Overall, the stay was great. I would recommend this property. I liked how it was close to the airport and close to the freeway.
I would say be mindful of making sure your door is closed all the way, as I noticed that I would have to come back and close the door or double-check for it to be closed all the way. The ladies did a great job cleaning up, but the cleaning agent that's being used smelled throughout the whole 3 floors and was very strong.
