Main Hall always smelled of dead fish, infested with roaches, only ice machine that worked was on 2 floor( we were on 6th). Checked out early and they still charged me for the day I don’t stay. Sent me an invoice for rate change due to not staying the full time yet my card was still charged full price! When I told him about the bugs he didn’t say or do anything which leads me to believe they know and don’t care. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

First room we had received there was literally roaches in the bathroom , one in the tub of the shower and one in the sink. So after we find all that in the first room we go and head down to tell the people working there if we can get another room cause of the issue we found. And so yea they had no problem giving us another room, so we go and check this one out and so far looked okay and once again when we checked out the restroom, the sink was dirty as well the counter top was , just like stains of some sort. So after that we go and tell them again hey this room is not clean at all , so we asked for a 3rd Room !!! and they give it to us no problem. So we head and check it out saying 3rd times a charm lol . we get there and enter the room and it’s looking a lot better , checked the restroom out it was decent , a lot better than having roaches to stay with us for the night.

The hotel just seemed rundown. The pillows were very thin and hard as heck. It’s like you had to fold them in half. The bathroom sink leaked from underneath. And the shower water did not drain so you were constantly showering in clogged water
