The maintenance in the hotel needs more effort. The pool was filthy and the area around the pool wasnt maintained. Our room window was broken and the paintwork was bubbling off.

The room was very spacious , clean . The breakfast was pretty good . The staff were very nice . Good location from visiting North Dallas . Good sized free car park
The rooms do not have double glazed windows which means the noise from the freeway is constant all night if you are staying on that side of the hotel . Not much around the hotel to be able to walk to for food .

Ac in the room wasn't cold, my family and myself found ourselves hot at night. Elevator wasn't working. We were on the 6th floor,you can imagine to troubles we had.

Breakfast was good
Motel was DIRTY, needed mopping, trash picked up, one elevator was broke, only found one staff member, does anyone use a vacuum?, afraid to leave room due to loud unruly guests-who do you call?, air conditioner in room was so loud we turned it off, place could use a lot of painting, guests let dog urinate right outside front entrance. Would NEVER stat there again. Night security would be a must at this place!!

It’s large and in a great location
The grounds aren’t very accommodating for getting out of the room ie smokers area, pool, back doors key card didn’t work.

Disappointing
Room and breakfast were fine.
Our vehicle and attached cargo trailer were broken into. Had a smashed door window, cut locking hasps and items stolen. As were four other vehicles that were in the same parking lot, some at front of facility and not far from entrance. Apparently, there is zero security if someone can do all that and not be noticed. Road noise from the adjacent highway was terrible so don't get a room on the east side of facility. Also, the main elevator was inoperable for the three day we were there.
