The breakfast could have had a fruit option if even just bananas. seven or eight cars were broken into in the parking lot overnight. the hallway carpets were nasty filthy and the hallways were dark

The convenience. It was close to a lot restaurants and other establishments we frequent
The hotel room bathroom tub was peeling. Needed to be resurfaced. The trash was overflowing at the entry door. There was trash along the grassy areas where guests park. We moved because there was a plate of food and roaches were all over it.

Liked the room size and the staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Great location to the hospital in Dallas.
The AC didn't work, the water was only luke warm and didn't get hot at all. Lighting in the room was very dim. Only 1 elevator worked. Pretty sure there was a drug deal or hookers going on in 1 of the rooms. The soap, shampoo and conditioner were mediocre at best and left your skin feeling sticky. Pillows were very flat and the mattress should have been replaced a long time ago.

The hotel is just ran down and not up to date. My hotel door was not opening with my card and the hotel was broken. I’m pregnant and we kept having to use the stairs. My bathroom lights were flickering so much. Breakfast was not great either. The stafff are rude. The ace was not working as well and the tv was broken and had a line going down the screen. The ice machines were broken

Truck got broke into right up front, right next to Dallas Police Dept. Camera tower.. with security on duty.. Staff didnt seem to care and weren't helpful.

The location to the event we were attending.
It was disgustingly dirty. The hallway smelled like dog pee. Our room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom light over the mirror had no way to turn it on.
When showering I was standing in water over my ankles. There’s more!

It was ok.
The room had a musty smell. The Hotel needs a major upgrade! The room had a musty smell, the AC made a noise, which kept you awake at night.
The refrigerator was dirty. The furniture was rather worn, scratched, and the couch had issues when you sat in it.
