Disappointing
The staff were nice, but I paid for a late check out and the maids kept disturbing us about checking out. We didn’t get to rest as much as we wanted due to the interruptions.
The shuttle service was not available even though the website said it would be and it would not take us to the airport because it was not in their territory. The website said airport shuttle 24/7 and did not say that it only would be available for one airport. We had to pay over $100 for Uber and Lyft to get from Love Field to the hotel and then to DFW.
