Our room smelled really bad. It reeked of air freshener and when they wore off the room and bedding smelled Smokey.

Location was great for the price, walking distance to dealey plaza. Secure guest entry, decent fitness center.
Parking was terrible, due to construction took almost 20 minutes to find the entrance to parking area which is located a few blocks away and costs $10 per day. All of which would not be too bad if the homeless population was not so heavy around this location.
Also stated pool in the booking, no pool.

No on-site parking 4 block walk to nearest lot. Elevator barely fit 2 people. Room entry is not wide enough for luggage.

The front desk person, Dax?, was fantastic. Parking was confusing, but she was very kind and patient even though I know others were upset. I accidentally left a very valuable birthday gift at the front desk when checking in and she made sure to keep it safe and get it back to me.
The parking situation right now is really bad while they build their own parking garage.

Location great for walking anywhere downtown. Historic haunted building.
A/C was leaking water all night long and room felt damp. Front desk directed me to a place down the hall to get a bathroom rug to wipe it up myself. He should have had someone come mop it. I felt unsafe at night walking from parking lot. Parking lot is about 3 blocks away near the bus station.
