The location of the hotel was excellent in Downtown Dallas and very close to the EBJ Union Station.

Just a couple blocks from Dealey Plaza and the former book depository. Hotel had a decent buffet breakfast. There are also many other restaurants within a few blocks.
It's an older building and felt a bit cramped

I enjoyed the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast. My only complaint was the facility did not have parking so I had to park a block and a half away and pay $20 a day, which is not ideal.

It was hot in the lobby and hallways, and the view from our windows could have been great, but the windows were very dirty.

The location was great and walking distance to centre of city
A little dated and run down. We asked for a walk in shower and two beds but got a disability room with one queen bed. Only one side table so very awkward for one person we had to use a chair to put our phone and personal stuff next to the bed at night. Right next to a train station so very noisy. The staff were very nice and breakfast was good.

Needs some work. I want to feel like I’m on vacation when I’m away from home. Didn’t like the room or water smell. When I was brushing my teeth the water pressure was faulty and greyish black stuff started coming out with the water and I gagged. There was a rotten egg smell that so I had make myself feel comfortable enough to brush my teeth in the shower. This was my 3rd room change in less than 24 hours so I trooped it out. The 1st 2 rooms cleaning was mediocre- I could still see finger prints throughout the room. And on the floor didn’t look clean. The walls were all scraped up, chipped paint and rooms extremely small.
