Found someone else's hair in the bath room sink. The shower is poorly designed. Both doors need to open. The bather has to get in the shower just to turn it on. The water is very cold at first.

The breakfast was good and they served Seattle's Best coffee
Cleanness of the rooms. Our bathroom floor had sticky colored spots and the tub wasn't clean and peeling on the bottom. None of the surfaces were clean. The mattress was comfortable and sheets clean, but the pillows were not the best. We obviously were in rooms that weren't renovated. There was a broken entry door and old mattresses / beds outside in the parking lot. The elevator was old and rickety. Won't visit again

Friendly and welcoming staff. Always nice to be greeted with a smile. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods. Courtyard was beautiful. Would be amazing in the summertime to enjoy the pool. The location was close by the galleria and many restaurants.

Stayed here for New Year’s Eve which was right down the street from the party we were going to be at. Was very clean , bed was comfy, bathroom was nice & big. Water pressure was great

Out of their control, but we were not notified that there was construction in the Lobby. We were looking forward to spending some time relaxing and socializing with other visitors there for the concert too.
