The property was nice the room as well.
Everything was fine with the hotel room and our stay besides the restaurant bar downstairs. When my fiancé and I went down after putting our thing in our room. There was 4/5 ladies helping one man. No one said one word to us as we stood waiting to be greeted. So we walked in and found a free table. Then staff came up and said who set us. I told the lady that we were ignored at the door so we came in. Service was still pretty bad after that. I tipped the waitress so she would be a little better since we weren’t important enough to taken care of like other guest. The food and drinks were actually really good. If I would stay here again I would probably stay away from the restaurant bar area.

Room was spacious, clean . Shuttle was great and ontime.
The front desk was not friendly or helpfull, NOT what I expected from Hyatt. No conversation, no questions! When my card wasnt working with taping, she seemed annoyed! I had to insert the card for that amount, but no help from her! VERY Disappointed :((
Price was much higher that I wanted to pay but was very tired with a very long delay and just wanted to get some rest.
