Nice room, close to airport.
Staff was awful. Poor customer service skills. Facility had a leaking pipe under the sink and when I mentioned it to the staff it was shrugged off.

The AC didn't work. I submitted a review previously but no one replied. We were between flights so we booked a room to try to get 6 hours sleep. Instead, we lost 3 hours sleep having two different people come to the room to fix the AC. The first one got it to work, left, and then a little later the HEAT came on. The next person from Engineering came and didn't know how to work the thermostat. Finally, I got on Youtube and figured it out. It was an Eco something thermostat as I recall, though that may not be it. I found the hack to set it to cool only. By then I only got 3 hours sleep because we had an early flight. So it defeated the purpose of staying right at the airport so we'd get sleep. I think the hotel should refund half our money, in fairness. I'm not one to ask for freebies but we certainly didn't get what we paid for.
