The hotel is excellent, the rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. It also provides a shuttle bus that takes you to the airport and several tourist attractions for free

Convenient, room was comfortable enough
The hotel was very old and poorly maintained, not worth the exorbitant price charged at all. The directions to the hotel from the airport were unclear, which caused a lot of wasted time.

Staff offered me diapers when I asked about where to find some. Really saved us after my baby was sick & our trip home was delayed by 12 hrs.

Location
Defective AC unit w/ excessive noise that hindered sleep. TV remote broken or out of battery. Room was old and in need of an upgrade. The rate was excessive for the value received.

Staff was friendly and had answers to my questions. Room service was available, and they called after to check in to make sure everything was okay. I called front desk upon landing because I wasn't sure how to get to the hotel and they gave me directions on which gate to exit (C 21- but we had to go out at C25). There was construction at the airport so a little chaotic. We ended up walking to the hotel- walk across the parking lot at C-21. There are signs! It required navigating a few sets of steps with our luggage - not a big deal for us, but perhaps for others. It was probably quicker than waiting for the shuttle as no one answered the few times I called after exiting airport. Shuttle for return to airport was on time and appreciated.
The price was double compared to other hotels in the area. It was nothing different than similar brand chains. We were stuck overnight due to a long flight delay, and I thought it would be easier just to pay and stay at this hotel, but I ultimately decided next time I would get a room for less than half the price. You could stay oceanfront in Hawaii for this price!

The location was excellent for connecting to my flight the next day.
There is no way to call the shuttle from the airport. The email request I sent was not received or read which made it very inconvenient gor me to get to the hotel. I had to walk up flight of stairs with my suitcase and draggged it across car parks to get to the hotel. NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCD AFTER A 13HOUR FLIGHT. There needs to be more care taken to provide information about how to get the shuttle.
