It's the closest hotel outside the airport so convenient for an overnight before a flight. Quiet & a helpful staff.
I've stayed at Hyatt Place several times & liked it. But the price has gone way up while the hotel has deteriorated. A worn out seat in the restaurant with the foam showing has been that way for months. The sheet on my bed was wrinkled as if dried in a wad, very strange. The breakfast sausages were stone cold. The shuttle driver drove like a mad man. Not deal breakers individually but altogether seems a distinct lack of care.

Very handy to rental car return area. We loved everything about the hotel. Debra at check-in was exceptional and Benny in Dining and Bar was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff were very helpful, I don't know the ladies name that took our food order that evening but she was very accommodating. My son has a nut allergy and made sure his dining experience was safe as possible...
The rooms were a little outdated. The usb power ports by the tv didn't work. There were no complementary drinking water in the room. Also no instructions on how to use the coffee machine or if the wash room water was safe to use in the kettle.

Staff was pleasant. Shuttle driver was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Overall very nice. You can walk out the back door to the rental car building.

We booked this hotel in the late morning due to a flight cancellation out of DFW. I called to ask if I could check in early as our rebooked fight wouldn't depart until the next morning. The woman I spoke with said that she could absolutely accommodate and waived the early check in charge due to our situation (canceled fight). She immediately sent the shuttle to the airport to pick us up, and we were at the hotel mere minutes later. Checking in was painless and quick, and the woman at the counter quickly booked our shuttle back to the airport for the next morning. If you're flying out of DFW, or if you have a canceled flight out of DFW, I highly recommend this hotel! It's clean, comfortable, and a great value. The customer service is top notch.

The staff was fantastic, kind and considerate. The surprise was the food, so good! Recommend the Birria Tacos if that's your thing. Truly a gem of a place! Recommend.

Great room, wonderful, friendly staff, ate at restaurant it was good. Had to leave early before full breakfast was served, but grab & go was great. Sure the regular breakfast would be even better. Would definitely recommend and stay again. We arrived into town early and they let us check in before noon!
My only complaint would be the pillows are too thin, and towels pretty rough.
