It is in a good location, and the facilities are pretty good. Breakfast is pretty good too, and the shuttle service to the airport is very convenient. It also has a restaurant where one can have a pretty good dinner and drinks.
Upon arriving at the DFE airport, I called the 800 number (as per the instructions on my online reservation) to arrange the hotel shuttle van to pick us up and take us to the hotel. Unfortunately, after several attempts to get answers about my transportation request, I was told by a hotel assistant that I did not have a reservation, and she hung up on me. Since I had a copy of my confirmed reservation, I decided to take a taxi (fare: $ 40) to the hotel address, where the young woman at the registration desk found my reservation. After I explained to her the confusion with my reservation and my bad experience searching for a taxi to reach the place, she graciously acknowledged the problem. She gave us a voucher for a free dinner at the hotel restaurant. That was a nice way to respond to our ordeal, and I appreciated their apologies.

It was a really clean room. The internet was very reliable. The late check-out time was also an excellent option. I got to check out at 4pm! I don't feel like writing anymore and I hate that I had to write more to complete this.
I don't feel like typing anything. I really don't like that you have set a minimum amount of feedback for people to complete this survey. I have survey fatigue from the constant amount of surveys I have to fill out and I didn't really want to fill out this one.

Couldn't sleep. Loud fan running all night with no control. Circulation fan independent of thermostat, which was turned off.
Breakfast was sub-par and the worst we've had at a Hyatt.
Shuttle service extremely slow.

Very clean, very friendly staff, very good breakfast. The Hyatt DFW also served dinner, which was VERY helpful -- most hotels are not near restaurants so you have to uber or order take out for delivery. The Hyatt DFW had good choices on the menu and excellent wines.
Very nice design of the public areas -- light, airy, comfortable seating in a variety of arrangements. And the fireplace on the terrace was really fun to have

I always love my rooms. They are clean, and the pillows are excellent. The breakfast has a wonderful buffet with many choices.
I was disappointed when my flight was canceled due to bad weather, and there were no rooms available. They were taken when I called. But I am sure they were overwhelmed with so many flight cancellations.
