the location was nice
the staff during the day was not very accommodating, we asked for towels and were told that someone would bring us more, but never did after 3 requests. By the 4th time we called the front desk we were told that we would have to come down to get towels because housekeeping was already gone for the day. Also, there was only one elevator working.

Parking was available out front, though limited.
I was approached as I was walking to the desk to check in. I was told there is no reservation under my name even though I should the confirmation number and email I had received. I was asked “are you sure you did not check in already”? I felt like I was turned away either because of how I looked ( a black lady dress in sweat pants, with locs and a jacket), or because I had 4 kids listed in my reservation although I kept them in the car when I was trying to check in. I really felt judged and turned away. The company emailed and called twice to confine reservation but they also said they were hung on both times. My email was not replied to.
Never again would I book there nor recommend that location.

The rooms are very nice and big.
The elevator barely works, the buttons are broken and riding it is very stressful I do not think it’s up to code or that anybody should be riding it. Also there’s no microwave in the room.

Wonderful
The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Staff we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of delicious options.
The elevator quit working the evening we were there. Fortunately, it was fixed by morning when we had to check out. Also, I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room.

Elevator not working only up had to call to come down they send it up the room was 2queen beds the air unit by window had maybe 8 inches to get on bed was so close it was not acceptable I kicked it during the night other bed same problem only with the half wall crazy small bathroom door didn’t close well one night we made it had dr appointment at children’s hospital already stressed out

Breakfast was great, room was clean and nothing broken or in bad shape. In the last 12 months we’ve stayed at a dozen different hotels ranging from roach motels to the Hyatt. The Hyatt was hands down the best I’ve ever stayed at.
No microwave in the room.

Bed was clean and cozy. loved the upgrade modern colors and the shower water flow.
The ice machine area was very dirty and messy. In the room the sofa was dark color but it had a visible dark stain on it.

We had to check out before breakfast so have no opinion. The front desk personnel were very nice and welcoming. Enjoyed the bed and linens and sofa/TV area. Very good design for the space.
The coffee maker quit working. While the room looked remodeled to a large degree, the shower was very moldy. That's always disappointing in a hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel 2 times. I felt this time beds were uncomfortable. Bath tub the water wouldnt go away that fast maybe it was clugging. A/C didnt really made the room cold. The room needed remodeling

The hotel was a good location. The staff at front desk was good. Shower water pressure was good!
A few towels were dirty with stains. The tv audio worked but the video did not. No maid service, this might have to be asked for but I was unaware. Room did not feel like it was cleaned well.
