I really enjoyed this hotel. front desk staff was very helpful and super nice. my room was quiet, and bigger than expected. I enjoyed the space. would book here again.
i dont have any downsides. the only thing i could think of was that one morning, i really wanted a banana for breakfast and they didnt have any bananas. but thats not a huge problem.

The free breakfast was really good. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were there to visit the Netflix house at the galleria and this was very close to it.
The sink in our room was leaking

Great location, comfy and clean. Room is so spacious. Higher quality items at breakfast like almond milk, oat milk and Tazo tea bags! Filtered water station right in the hallway plus water bottles to grab. Thoughtful amenity like this made a difference. Will definitely come back!

I liked how when you walked in, it was clean and well taken care of
My room the toilet ran all night, the ac would not cool the room. Also the iron was messed up & it ruined one of my brand new shirts. When I checked out, the gentlemen said oh you didn’t just ask for a new one. I only ironed the day we were leaving and it already messed up my shirt why would I ask for a new one smh. He didn’t offer any type of compensation and frankly didn’t really care. Overall it was just a frustrating experience especially since it was my daughter and I’s birthday weekend celebration.
