Checked in late at night and night employee was amazing. I was a little stressed from driving 15 hours and he made me feel great. Also, was helpful booking additional days as plans changed.
Pool fountain could have been a little more updated.

Location was convenient for my trip.
Nowhere did they indicate you had to pay extra to park your car in the hotels exclusive garage. Made total cost more than other hotels in immediate vicinity with a much higher rating. Not professional.

LOCATION IS THE ONLY THING WE LIKED
ROOMS WERE DIRTY, SMELLED LIKE CURRY AND THE STAFF SAID THEY HAD TO CLEAN THE CARPETS SOME DAY! BREAKFAST WAS ONLY CANNED FRUIT AND BAGELS,
YOU COULD HEAR NOISE FROM THE STREETS AS IF THERE WERE NO WINDOWS IN THE ROOM

Breakfast was great! Staff very friendly and accommodating. I was surprised at how quiet it was. I did not end up paying for parking, but had I, it was a high rate and not specified in the web site.

I liked how the staff was very friendly, helpful but above all else very polite. They made sure everything was in order abd very clean. Always got greeted with a smile, and courtesy. I would absolutely be going back and staying there again.
I had no issues, or anything that I didnt like.
