Wonderful
Wonderful hotel in a great location. We had a room with a very large balcony overlooking the city, which is truly remarkable. Very classic pop decor throughout the common areas and rooms. Warm chocolate chip cookies and an afternoon wine bar were very unexpected. Great restaurant and bar that serves until 1 am is a real plus.

The staff especially Zoe was wonderful. Friendly capable and efficient.
The decor is a bit too eclectic for my taste. The Greco Roman steampunk Moroccan bauhaus was maybe a bit over the top.

Staff is wonderfully accommodating and always go extra mile. Evening snacks in lobby are great, as is the free coffee every morning. Safe location with a few things within walking distance.
A little out of a budget for many, but you get what you pay for.

Perfectly run, spotless, truly exceptional hotel in a great location. The concierge team goes above and beyond (Craig, Gordon, Keith) every time. The pool is perfect. The spa is amazing. This is the best hotel in Dallas.

Loved the concierge and valet services. The hotel staff is great!! The little extras like snacks, drinks and candy in the lobby at different times was fun. Having a bartender that could bring food & drinks to our seats was very resort feeling.
The pool was very small for the weekend crowd. We literally couldn’t find a seat by the pool on a Saturday after brunch. Thankfully we were able to get late check out on Sunday and found it to be less crazy.

The staff are friendly. The hotel's atmosphere is amazing, friendly and flirty. I'm a huge fan of the decor and you can tell by the way the rooms are decorated. They went above standard four-star hotels

The staff was very friendly but did not get the problem taken care of.
The air conditioning in my room did not work. I asked for it to be fixed in the morning on my way out after sleeping in an 86 degree room. When I got home late that night it still was not fixed but it was too late at night to wait to have it fixed or to move rooms. The room was again over 85 degrees. The front desk did give me a discount on the room but I stilled paid a high rate for a miserable sleeping experience.

The room and bathroom were lovely and spacious.
They only have valet parking and it is very expensive. Also, one of the gentleman that worked as a greeter and valet parking driver, was borderline rude every time we had to deal with him.

The pizza I got from room service was not good, but the burger was delicious. Could be a bit less expensive for what’s offered
