Room was big and beds comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good.
Getting towels was very difficult. and they allowed someone to park in the fire lane. And having a parking fee is ridiculous. this isn't a hotel close to the airport or any attraction either.

I love the location
The property has a BEDBUG INFESTATION. I was there for two night and I have over 15 bites. I risked taking the bedbugs home to my family and they do not care. I have since spoken with a lawyer, the BBB, TX Department of Public Health to inform every one of what happened to me on my birthday! The told me I’d get a refund and the later denied me a refund. Horrible customer service.

Perfect location for where we needed to go! Staff was friendly.
The door to the room wasn’t closed when we checked in. Made us a little uncomfortable, they told us the door sticks sometimes.

The ants on the counters top in bathroom they gave me spray to spray them then I asked housekeeping to clean the bathroom again and she did no English

Location is great and it’s always clean
I booked a standard room with two queen beds. They tried to give me a room with one king only and said when you book standard it’s up to them what they give you, but we had 4 people in our reservation, so one bed was not going to be enough. The lady gave me another room but acted as though she was doing me a favor.
Also, they never clean the tables at breakfast, so you’ve got to clean up a table before sitting down.
