The hotel was located in a good location.
Our room had a loud beeping sound coming from an outlet our whole stay and we told the staff and someone from the front desk came to the room to see what it was and he literally put a pillow over the outlet, which we obviously could not leave it there because it would cause a fire and we notified them again and they just told us they would leave a note to come by and fix it and they never did; my sister has autism so she can’t handle load noises so she had to have her headphones on the whole time. Only 2 of the outlets worked and one outlet was a big hole, we also notified the staff just so in case it wasn’t an electrical safety hazard but someone from the front desk told me I had to contact booking because they couldn’t do anything, which didn’t make sense to me because the issue is something with their room not with booking.
