Right location and clean.
Staff were not helpful, particularly the GM. I was quoted a rate and confirmed by Booking.com and was subsequently over charged. After several attempts at patiently trying to resolve it with the property, I was put on hold multiple times and then was put thru to the GM hours later, he hung up on me. This manager is incompetent. They also did not clean my room and was offered nothing except a couple of towels after making them aware. Will never stay at this property again. Unfortunate because location is good when I visit Dallas.

Everyone was nice and it was clean .
All the construction and didnt have any complementary hand soap in restroom. The room was a lil stuffy with small lil smell.

Breakfast was very good. I would have prefer bacon served more.
My room was not as clean still hair in shower. I didnt feel sheets were clean so had them give new fresh sheets.

Room and common areas were clean, staff friendly
Upon checking in we were assigned a room and went there only to find other people already in it! Also the shower water valve in bathroom was barely functional. You had to fiddle with it for a long time to get hot water at all and then it was either cold or very hot nothing in between.

Nice and clean
House keeping randomly opened our door while we were sleeping, without knocking around 9am. Didnt announce themselves- realized we were still in bed and walked away. Addressed this with front desk and they just blew it off. Not sure if this is their policy or not? Also the entrance is so random. If you miss it, you miss it.
