Breakfast was okay. The location was nice.
When we arrived, the cerk was waiting on another customer. After they left,he typed into the computer for a while, then a young lady sitting behind the desk showed him her phone. He typed a while longer, she shows her phone to him again. After about two minutes, he looks up and says "You checking in?" No greeting, and a not very pleasant tone. Had I been able to cancel and go someplace else, I would have. That's not how you treat customers.
