Room was clean and nice breakfast. Only issue front desk was hard to get ahold of to confirm my next day reservation to try and keep the same room. I called front desk 2 differnt times no one called my room or cell number back had to go down next morning and wait for someone to come to front desk to help me .

While customer service was great - the floors are sooo thin. I heard every step the family above us made. We even had to call the front desk multiple times for their assistance. I strongly recommend reserving a room on the 4th floor.
Food was great each day and the indoor pool was just ok (the kids had fun) and that's all that matters.
Will I return- yes!

The hotel is better than I expected. I I would come back 100 more times if possible I would come back.
There’s nothing that I didn’t like about the property other than my key clip getting disconnected how to get a new key every time I went in my room

Room was well laid out and quite standard (we stayed at another hotel of yours and the rooms were almost identical).
The bed distribution and amenities were good.
The lamps are too bright (one lights both up and down). Having dimmer options that are more discrete would be nice for parents but beyond that the room was very functional. Having easy access to TV HDMI is key and you guys nail that setup.
