When I checked out .
The staff was very rude, from the time I arrived to the time i checked out . Didn’t put enough towels in the room hung up in my face when I asked for more on telephone , and had an attitude when I went down to the lobby. Housekeeping did not clean room daily , only knocked twice to clean when I stayed for June 8th-12.

The receptionist who did my check in extention was rude and uninterested to assist me. My bed was not made on my second day l extended my stay.

Great location, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I forgot my credit card, and they kindly allowed me to pay with cash. I really appreciated their flexibility and excellent customer service.
I have never encountered such a large amount of hair left uncleaned in a hotel room. It was very disappointing and made the room feel unhygienic. Also if you plan to use a printer in lobby, it doesn’t work…

very nice interior! loved the pool area and the breakfast was amazing! overall amazing place very close to places and wasn’t a far drive if i come back i will definitely come back!
only thing was the jacuzzi, wish it was hotter, the water was warm and didn’t get hot enough was almost the same temp as the pool

The parking lot is crazy looking. Outside of the property needs work. Tub still had a hair in it from the guest before us. Some of the staff could be friendlier. Alot of looks from the front desk workers rather than smiles
