I'm sorry I don't remember the ladies name at the front desk but she was amazing. So friendly. We didn't know how to work the TV and she came straight to our room to show us. The only problem we had was the people above us that would b the 3rd floor, stomped all night. Every time I dozed off they would wake me up.. we were there because my 44 year old son had cornea transplant n Dallas November 25th. He had to go for post op the 26th so we stayed at this Holiday Inn Express because it's very convenient. Other than the people on 3rd floor stomping all night we have no complaints. Everything was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. I was really excited about both of our beds because we really needed the rest after such a long distressing day. If I ever need to stay again I'll b more than happy to stay at this facility. Ty.

The location was pretty easy to find and breakfast was good, lots of different selections
I wish there was a vending machine so I could get a drink any time I’d like. The little store was closed late in the coming so I couldn’t grab any snacks or drinks
