Staff was great, room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was okay, the location was sketchy at best. There was construction and homelessness. I was glad my truck was in view from my window.

Miss informed on dates
Lazy front desk staff showed he was bother to help and definitely did NOT go above and beyond lied and said all rooms were booked for the next day super arrogant tried to insinuate I was lying and even went as far as asking when and at what time did I call the property when I called to confirm my stay was until Monday May 26th 2025 lied about it and pretty much not till check in day did they let me know I had reserved for only Saturday night mind you I’m traveling from 9 hours away and my trip went to shit after wards I’ve been a loyal customer of HDI but this year my past experience with bed bugs and new owners that don’t take time in actually interviewing employees just has been so disappointing my time share will definitely not be invested in HOLIDAY INN RESORTS.

Staff was friendly, the location was really good when you want to go to multiple different dallas, mckinney, Richardson locations in one weekend, everything we did this weekend was 25min or less away from the hotel and all major highways were pretty easily accessible. Breakfast had a lot of options, the beds were clean and comfortable, the AC worked beautifully. I would definitely stay here again.
Parking lot was a little nightmare-ish with all the highway construction going on but decent for dallas.
