I like the housekeeping, they did a really great job in keeping the rooms clean. The staff was welcoming and very helpful.
I didn’t like the location. I saw many homeless people roaming around the parking lot making us feel uncomfortable and unsure about our safety. I noticed a homeless couple sleeping outside the hotel facility near a flower bed.

It’s a great price for Dallas. I understand the complaints about the homeless and construction, but both of those did not bother us on our trip. My main concern is cleanliness and it was very clean, so that’s really all I cared about.
The location is kind of far from downtown so keep that in mind. There were still good neighborhoods to visit that were nearby. The staff was ok. The downstairs has a bad mildew smell because of the pool.

The room was spacious
The outer appearance of the property. The Landscaping was horrible. Grass need cutting. Upon arrival, I didn't feel the area was safe to stay. It appeared as if the property was abandoned from the outside.

Employees were very accommodating. The front desk attendant was so nice when we came in and came up to our floor at 11pm to make kids be quiet after making so much noise. Breakfast was good. The cooks made us some additional eggs and a cinnamon roll right at closing time.
