Clean & quiet. Free parking a plus and felt secure. Small drive into downtown average with Lyft or Uber much cheaper than paying for parking or dealing with downtown traffic.

Nice hotel. Great front desk staff.
Our toilet was extremely loud when we flushed. The AC also made a loud clicking sound when it would come on.....Loudon enough to wake us up.
We were in a room that ajoined with the next. The neighbors were really loud and the sound come through the adjoining doors.
(Neighbors didn't do anything wrong, they just talked and laughed very loud.)

The mattress was very uncomfortable. The rest of the room was fine. The breakfast was good, however, I feel that there should be another pricing option for those who do not eat a lot of breakfast. $18 is a high price for a spoon of eggs and a cartoon of yogurt.

Staff are friendly, property is clean and very quite that you dont hear the neighbors or the upper or lower level room noise.
The bad sewer smell coming all the time from the bathroom.

Disappointing
Easy to book.
The staff seemed rude - for the price and the Hilton name the quality of the hotel and room were not up to par - yet they were quick to charge $38 for 2 drinks at the bar.

I came to the Dallas for an event and our hotel was literally a few minutes away from our venue. Definitely happy we didn't have to drive far.
I didn't like the tub in our room. It wasn't clean at all.
