Good location. Clean hotel.
No water pressure. Next to the freeway so it can get loud. The power went out once during my stay due to rain. Fire alarm came on twice out of no where while we were sleeping and elevator stopped working due to that.

Friendly front desk staff, mostly quiet room, excellent hot breakfast, and coffee/hot beverages available all the time.
There were noisy neighbors the second night... sounded like someone running back and forth upstairs and slamming into things until after 11 pm.

Pros: -Beautiful, clean and large room. -Earplugs were provided to help with freeway noise. -Great location near malls and attractions. -Lotion, Shower Gel, Shampoo & Conditioner was provided.
Cons: -Bathroom water temperature was either way too hot for too long, or way too cold. -Elevators were down for a day. -Hotel is right next to the freeway.

Very clean and comfortable. It's right next to the freeway so you can definitely hear traffic but they provide earplugs which take care of that issue. The location was ideal for us, just minutes away from the concert venue. Front desk was very polite.

Convenient location to downtown and surrounding cities. Free parking was a key factor in staying at this location.
Parking was an issue. If you didnt return to the hotel early in the evening, good luck trying to park.
