Easy check in process and clean room.
No parking included for my husbands truck which was a Ram 2500 - had to park truck a block away from hotel in a public lot. No mention of that before booking. The bed was hard as a rock and not comfortable. Tons of homeless walking around outside the hotel and frequently bothering you.

We had an early flight so waited for the breakfast room to open at six am. Compared to the Fort Worth Hampton it was pretty shoddy. Polystyrene plates?????? Who uses those in this day and age? Plastic knives and forks. Reheated omelets? And the front desk person seemed to be wearing pjs. Hot water the night before and in the morning not available even after running the water for 10 minutes. When my friend called down to complain he was told ‘well you booked through booking.com’ as if that had some relevance to the situation. Will never rerun for sure.

Simple process to get breakfast. I loved the make your own waffle facility.
Room cleaning service is every other day, on the day they were due, they didn't turn up, resulting in bins over flowing and towels low.
