Clean comfortable beds, bench above bathroom sink was very handy! Storage all good. Excellent location of all facilities on one level (breakfast, business centre, gym, laundry) - very convenient. Great gym equipment.
Room well arranged.
Free water available in the lobby was very good.
Location across from Nieman Marcus department store and proximity to AT&T plaza very good.
No USB charging ports in the room is a negative. And the power sockets in shared bedside table didn't work. Shower-bath flow control was very stiff and I could not control the shower water flow.
Need USB charging ports, including in the Business Centre.
Staff need more local knowledge, e.g. public transport.
I indicated an incorrect "Treats" charge on my room and it should have been refunded from my bill. (I did not buy anything).

The room we had (although a low floor level) was a corner room so we had plenty of windows which was nice to look down on the street. The room was massive so definitely try and get the corner rooms. Beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. Great friendly valet staff (although I do prefer to park myself and will always choose self parking over valet if possible) but I believe the parking is a third party company and not actually employed by the hotel themselves.
