Rooms are big and comfortable. Location is excellent, very walkable to nice restaurants. Close to airport. Breakfast is ok, it has the basics +. Staff is very friendly.

Breakfast was decent. Staff were very friendly.
Parking - either expensive valet or paid parking behind building. The hotel has its own parking garage, should be free with stays - would make it more appealing to consumers to know their vehicles will be safe for free with Hampton Inn name on the building.
Side entrance would not work - either didn’t unlock properly or let us in and the second door would be locked from the inside. Not ideal as back parking lot was closest to this entrance. Had to walk around the building to main entrance. Was told by front desk “I don’t know why it isn’t working”.
HVAC - thermostats were locked, definitely should be kept slightly colder to make it more comfortable in the rooms. Rooms with wall HVAC are much better for hotel stays as you can control your own desired temperature better. Understand it’s to make the building run more efficiently but some prefer different temps/need different temps.
Location - very, very loud. Hotel is located on a corner intersection. Constant loud traffic throughout the day and night.
Ice Machine - only machine working is on floor 17 (out of 18 floors). Not ideal whatsoever as we were even told ice machine were on every odd floor number.
Fridge - would not stay cold. Had lots of food left over from our days trips. Had to throw away.
Overall, have stayed in much better Hampton Inn locations.

Great location with restaurant choices all over. Loved that there was a Starbucks in the same building.
Breakfast was super crowded and had to constantly wait for food to be brought out because of so many people

Looks exactly like the picture. I love my stay. Staff were amazing. Valets were very kind, friendly and helpful.

I like the breakfast and location. The location is close to tourist attractions; some places you can walk to or take a cab (the cab is good prices.) The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly.
