It was clean and quiet. The staff gave us free water and free goodie bags you can take when leaving. Sydney was very welcoming when we got there and we were able to choose what floor we wanted to be on.

Only 1 elevator worked and it didn’t sound too good at all, I took the stairs most the time because my oldest daughter was stuck in it for about 5 minutes but it got resolved quickly.

The pool was nice, used that quite a bit. The overall style of the building was well put-together, and looked very modernized.
During checking in, I was FAIRLY disappointed with the front staff lady's (Donna) attitude. My friend and I walk in, and there's a guy standing between the two sets of doors just before the front lobby, and he's out of breath with a walker, and an oxygen tank. Naturally, we ask if he needs any help getting into the hotel. He kindly says yes, so we help him sit down and he directs us to his vehicle where we grab his things for him and bring them inside. While grabbing his things, he proceeds to tell us that the front desk lady was rude to him while he was trying to check in(this proved to be true for us at check in as well, with the attitude clearly displayed on her face), offered no help when he asked, and continuously gave him snarky faces. This kind and sweet man, very clearly disabled and struggling, received no help from Donna when trying to check in. As if that was not bad enough, when the man finally was able to get his items in the hotel, Donna continuously made the check-in process hard for him, and even tried placing him on the second floor. The second floor. A man with a walker, and an oxygen tank. Donna used no common sense or empathy when helping this man, so my friends and I stepped in and demanded he got a room on the first floor. Lo and behold, there was a first floor room available. Structurally, the place was nice. However it's hard to appreciate all of that when you have unpleasant staff like Donna working in a hospitality field. Donna should be working as an add telemarketer with that attitude, NOT in hospitality. I would like to say though, the guy who was at the front desk the next day(unfortunately I never caught his name), was very nice and even made us laugh. HE was good at his job. Very unpleased with Donna. My stay was from Thursday, Oct. 2nd, to Saturday, Oct. 4th if this helps date the incident. The kind employee was working Oct. 3rd I believe.

Only one elevator was working, which caused longer wait times. One guest, two doors down from my room had dogs barking constantly in the morning, while the guest across from us had friends constantly knocking on the door.
