I liked the location and the breakfast was good. The friendliness of the staff is , but my mom had foot surgery and I needed more assistance like a 2nd person at the front desk to help me because I'm disabled too. I am thankful that they had a wheelchair.
they wouldn't even bring extra toilet paper and tissues up to the room. after I had hiked up to the room twice to unload the car then get my mom from the car to the room. I need to know if I can ask for extra help next time.

The convenience for our daily trips.
The rooms didn’t look like in the pictures! It had a musty odor, like it wasn’t clean.
We had to call the front desk for daily cleaning service so they would come make the beds and have clean towels for the next day.
The bathroom had a foot odor smell. They didn’t sweep or mop it, they also didn’t vacuum the carpet. The bathroom sink had an old crack in it. There was dark mold along the bathtub caulking, the shower curtain was too short and the floor would get wet. Not impressed at all by this location. Also not worth the cost.

The hotel was very convenient to get to restaurants, and it was also 3 minutes away from the hospital I needed to be at. The staff members were so very nice in accommodating my needs.
I didn't like hearing the hwy, but i understand that having a building that close there isn't a void.

The tail lights were stolen out of our truck and the staff was not helpful. The manager never contacted us. There was another vehicle that was broken into the same night. Maybe an inside job?

The morning staff were very friendly and enjoyable to be around and visit
we were very disappointed that the TV Channels were all whacky and you especially want to work in a hotel room. Would have liked to see biscuits and sausage gravy and containers of milk available to drink. The night shift at the front desk wasn't welcoming at all.

The location was perfect. Walking distance from our kids home. Also the mall wasn't very far from us. The breakfast was the absolute best my wife and I have ever had at a Hotel. Our room was very large and comfy bed.

Breakfast was great, lots of options. Food was hot and fresh. Good coffee. Nice dining area. Good meeting area. People were doing business meetings over breakfast, it was a good space for families and business.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable
I had an unfortunate experience during my check-in at the lobby. My card was having an issue, and I requested permission to check in while I communicated with my bank. I also offered to make a cash deposit as a guarantee, but the receptionist declined. While I understand that he may have been following strict policy, my concern lies not with the enforcement of the rules, but with how he handled the situation.
His responses were blunt and dismissive, repeating phrases like “No, I can’t do that” or “This is not allowed” without any attempt to explain, empathize, or offer alternatives. This came across as impolite and unhelpful.
In contrast, I observed another front desk staff member, an older gentleman, interacting with guests with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to assist. It made a noticeable difference in the customer experience. I believe the younger staff member could benefit from observing and learning from his colleague’s approach to customer service. A little courtesy and empathy go a long way, especially when guests are facing difficulties.
The breakfast is the same every day and lacks choices of healthy foods, such as vegetables.

I enjoyed my stay, as I always do. The breakfast is amazing. But it's a bit pricey considering The Sonesta offers the same thing across the street and is only 54 bucks a night.

The breakfast was good. The staff were nice and the room was clean.
The mattress was too hard and the shower pull nozzle in the tub was hard to pull up to make the water pour through the shower head and there was no plug for the tub.
