The renovated room was very nice. Gym is well equipped. the staff at reception and the restaurant were very friendly
Renovation noise but that was expected. Too expensive, room and breakfast was AUD$800.

There was loud hammering going on and water was shut off at 10am for some kind of repair. . I was going on a difficult and far trip and needed early rest and later morning to prepare for trip. It was not a good stay.

Location is convenient for catching the early flight.
1. the design of shower conner is bit of weird, you open the door, the water might shoot directly out of that space onto the floor in the bathroom.
2. shuttle in the DFW airport is quite confusing, you are picking up people from different terminals to one designated terminal, but at the end of the day, you still need to stop at each terminal, why refusing people from getting up there ?

We were stranded at Dallas Fort Worth Airport overnight due to a very delayed flight and missed connections. Our luggage remained in transit. This is the only airport hotel you can reach from within the terminal. From the chaos downstairs you assend to calm elegance and a warm welcome. The reception team was lovely, arranging for a tea tray to come to our room immediately and providing us with 'his' & ''hers' toiletry bags with everything we needed for a quick refresh after our long day travelling from an airport closed by snow and ice. Our room was large and spacious and our supper delicious. We had to be back at the airport security by 5:30am, this meant we only had to leave our room at 5:25am with no travel time at all to D terminal. We could not have been more delighted with our choice of hotel.

Location within the DFW airport was ideal as we had arrived after a 16hr journey and had an early start the next morning
Only coffee making facilities in the room, teabags supplied but no jug/kettle to make hot tea with and only paper cups which were dangerous with hot liquid and leaked after a short time.

It was located inside the airport, so I didn't expect much, but it was a comfortable stay.
Because it was under construction, the facilities were not very usable, and the price was very expensive.
