The hotel was okay. But trying to find the entrance at DFW was extremely hard. No signs whatsoever. I know they are doing some construction but come on. Even temporary signage would help. We landed in DFW two hours late due to a delayed plane and knew enough to take the Link Shuttle and we were dropped off at the proper place. But once inside the terminal building we had no clue how to access the hotel. Luckily we got the information by asking another traveler. I DO NOT think that’s how a huge chain should operate.
Besides trouble finding the hotel lobby, the room was just okay. The bed was not very comfortable. It made noise and literally moved every time either I or my husband rolled over. So we kept waking each other up. And because of our late flight and then early departure on our next flight we at best we would only have gotten 4 1/2 hours of sleep. Because of the uncomfortable bed and waking up from the movement I was lucky if I got three hours.
I would also have liked a choice of pillows - thickness, size, etc. We had a king size bed but not king size pillows. And I have a bad neck and any pillow too stiff or too plump gives me a whopping headache from a stiff neck in the morning.
Other than that the room served its purpose. It was pretty soundproof so that was good.

There was banging of construction at 2 am at which point I had to go down let them know it’s not okay because I was in verge of losing my mind after a long delayed flight with out sleep

The location was good, only because my flight was cancelled.
I received a charge after I left. It was not explained to me, and I was not notified. Just showed up on my CC. I sent a note to the Hotel and I did not get a response. Very unprofessional.

The Hotel is anall around d winner!
When traveling to Dallas this is my go to location.Arrival day and night before departure is a must do.I was recooperating from knee surgery and the added assistance to American Airlines to check in bags and obtain a wheel chair.fist class staff!
The restraint closed early between breakfast and lunch.
