Just one person checking guests in at a peak hour Coffee amenity had only decaf coffee option. I tried finding cleaning staff on our floor but it was too early. When I tried to call the front desk/concierge only got a busy signal. When I just mentioned (not to complain but as an FYI) when I checked out I was told that I needed to use an app to reach them - I wouldn't know how to find the app nor want to take the trouble to do this

The staff was exceptional!!! We brought our new puppy with us and he was greeted with a Doggie Concierge package. It included a dog bed, 2 food bowls, a bag of treats and a toy. That was so great!
I would have liked a little more light in the room. It was freezing cold when we arrived. I turned off the system.

Bed and location
Pre stocked refrigerator no room to store anything. For the price of the room, I would have liked an empty refrigerator to put what I like in it. A microwave would be nice. Valet was rushed and needed to learn personal space. Do not grab my phone and wallet so you can park my car.
