Charges for everything. Couldn’t use room refrigerator as it is stocked with overpriced beverages you couldn’t remove without additional room charges No microwave only single cup coffee maker

The lobby and the valet staff were nice
The room was not like the picture as they seem to be really outdated had a few bugs so it may have been a while since they fumigated. The shower was not as pictured. Ventilation was bad and had a mildew smell. Vents were dusty. On top of that charging for wifi when the room is super outdated is definitely not a good amenity. There are motels with better accommodations for less including the tv.

The staff were the most helpful in all our travels in the US. Went out of their way to provide excellent service and advice of best restaurants and bars.
The hotel is "tired". It could use a coat of paint the the pool area could be so much prettier.

This isn't really up to par with what one would generally expect from a Fairmont. It has more of a feel of an old, tired airport Marriott.
Hotel is not up to date, is in need of a major renovation, maintenance needs attention, overall execution is 3 star at best. Staff is not polished. The room was clean, however.

The staff and amenities were fantastic as well as the location as we were down for the fan expo.
Only critique I have is the room could be update just a bit. No fan in the bathroom for steam for the shower, and the air conditioner felt like it hardly did any cooling.

Very Good
Overall, I had a great experience. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and everything is clean. Staff were always available and happy to help with our questions and requests. The location is good, close to various restaurants and bars. Additionally, had a good time at the pool, enjoying the hot weather in Dallas.
Sometimes the elevators were too busy, but it didn't impact my stay.
