The renovated rooms were nice and comfortable but the rest really was not so great

The location was perfect for my purpose. The staff were super nice and friendly.
It’s not a complaint but the housekeeping staff confused my room more than a couple of times and that caused a little bit disturbance. But otherwise everything was perfect!

Great location!!
Sent a special request for an earlier check in-more than 2 weeks before my actual stay, never received a reply. Smelled like cigarette smoke when I walked and Front desk was very awkward and not welcoming at all. Could not find rules on pool hours. Breakfast lady was griping out loud and showing attitude when someone used the waffle maker that was “down” - which had no markers or sign stated not to use it because I almost used it myself.

The staff went above and beyond to help us with another additional room for our kids. The rooms were clean and tidy upon arrival.
Lack of variety in breakfast options but over all it was a good typical hotel breakfast.

Breakfast was good. The morning staff were lovely and kind.
Staff when we checked in weren’t great- felt like our requests weren’t important becammuse we don’t have Marriot points. She never even mentioned the complimentary breakfast. Later, I asked the night receptionist if there is any breakfast service and she told me about the complimentary breakfast.
And we constantly heard loud thuds above our room.

Great hotel, located in a very quiet part of the city with very convenient parking next to it.
The room was good and what you can expect in this type of hotel.
The swimming pool was GREAT - clean, plenty of pool towels, and very quiet too.
Great breakfast as well, with lots of choices.
Super nice staff, friendly and made check out a breeze.
We were missing a see through curtain in our room, so we had to use the light-blocking one (so no natural light during the day).

Mattress very good and bathroom , closed to live concert and very good hamburger. You can walk without any problem until 23:00 on the same sidewalk

The shower had a terrible leak in the ceiling and during my shower water was pouring from the ceiling and a 5’ crack opened up. I couldn’t finish my shower. The toilet seat almost fell off when I sat down.
