Location was good
Construction was going on during our stay. We had to go arrive workers both in and outside the property. We were not advised about construction prior to check in. . We had to be moved rooms due to ac issues. Keys had to be reprogrammed a few times. Ice machine was broken our entire stay. When we asked the front desk for extra coffee for our room they said they had none.

I will never book at this location. They refused to refund my cancellation fee when the reason for my cancellation was due to the indoor pool being out of service due to renovations. The manager stated that booking.com should be responsible for that problem and unfortunately after several attempts to speak to a representative and emails sent nobody has reached out to me. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM NOR WILL I EVER MAKE A RESERVATION AT THIS LOCATION.

New beds were amazing! Woke up with no back pain!
Roaches. Also we had a family emergency which is what put us in that location to get a motel when we finally got through at the hospital and arrived at our hotel. It was past midnight and I was told that I had to wait until 4 AM to check in if I didn’t want that date account that they would not let me switch days.

There was not anything to like about it. My door to my room would not lock. The pool was out of service and it didn’t say that online before I booked the room or I would not have booked it. The breakfast was OK, but not good enough to stay another day.

Pool was decenly heated. The bed was clean and comfortable.
We were required to pay an $80.00 deposit that we will not get back for another 3-5 days. There was also a $3.00 parking fee. Neither of which was disclosed on the website. Based on the shabbiness of the surroundings, we can't imagine why they would require an $80.00 deposit and $3.00 parking fee. We have stayed in resorts that didn't ask for a deposit. The help seemed confused about what rooms they had ready and evidently, there were not many rooms cleaned when we tried to check in. We saw housekeeping cleaning rooms after 5:00 pm. The morning of check out the housekeeper just opened our door at 9:30 am without even knocking. The lampshade had stains all over it and the phone had red smudges on it. There was also the most foul odor coming from the 'breakfast area' when we checked out. It smelled like rotten eggs and worse. The help just laughed about it. The elevator was filthy and the push button panel was detaching from the wall and appeared bent.
