The facility doesn't match the photos. Common areas are very dirty and smell of Marijuana. The swimming area is very dilapidated and the spa and pool heater do not work. Staff is some teenagers or early 20s with a don't know or care attitude.
There is always a person sleeping in the lobby with staff that says nothing to them.

It was the worse place I’ve ever stayed. The roaches were the icing on the cake. They were all over my room. The place you insert the key card was melted, the room especially the bathroom was dirty and the sheets looked as they had not been washed. I will never return

It was clean and comfortable. They do have a great breakfast.
We went there to take the kids swimming and the hot tub is not working there and my husband was looking forward to using it.

The location. That’s it that’s all.
Where do I even start? If Choice Hotels were aware of the shape of this hotel, they would burn it down themselves. The first room we got, well let’s just say there were more 8 legged creatures in it than humans in the entire hotel. Food everywhere, mattress looked like someone had been murdered and they tried to cover it up with some bleach. The tub was so rusted you need a tetanus shot to use it. We got another room, it was better, no insects. But food(hopefully) smeared all over the walls. Light fixtures holding on to the walls for dear life. And the tub…. Tho not requiring a tetanus shot, was still probably extremely questionable for human use. And do not even get me started on the “pool room.” Might as well. So first off, you walk in and it legit looks like you have stepped inside a creepy basement murder room you see in the horror movies with meat hooks hanging from the ceiling and the awful stench of dead body and formaldehyde (obviously minus the meat hooks but definitely dead body and formaldehyde). The concrete is peeling paint, mold all over the ceiling, hot tub doesn’t work and probably hasn’t since 1979. And the green hue of the water looked very lake placid. Oh, and more roaches. Was literally worried the loc ness was going to spring out of the water and take me under. If it didn’t kill me, the bacterial meningitis would have. Anywho. Had this not been a last minute trip for my father having open heart surgery and it was nearly midnight when we arrived and desperately needed sleep, I would definitely have demanded my money back and went somewhere suitable for human life. Needless to say, do not recommend, 0 out of 10. Off to shower with and probably even drink some hibiclens for the next 14 days.

Location to my meeting
Like all motels in this price range it is run down. No attention is given to property upkeep. Carpets have stains and burn marks. Bed covers have burn marks. Bathtubs need to be replaced. Furniture in lobby had seen better days. Hallways not properly air conditioned. Breakfast quality was very poor. No coffee. Milk was sour. No cereal. I seen paper thicker than the soap bars.

The last guy I talk to at the front desk seemed easy to talk to.
It’s dirty, I requested clean sheets the night of and they gave me stains sheets. The curtains are supposed to be white and are grey. I just didnt like that my family was uncomfortable and I wasn’t comfortable either.
