Pleasant
Reservation Non smoking room but Pets smells in room and air conditioner is not working properly so more effect in pets smell. I am allergic. I am almost 8 hours drive and Tired so just go to bed. All other things are good.

Nothing worked, the pool room look horrible. It needs completely remodeled. We came there because the pictures of the pool and hot tub, and the hot tub didn’t work and the pool was dirty. This was our anniversary and we only came for the hot tub. We will not be back. Please paint the floor in the pool room it looks bad.

Location was central to what we needed. Front desk gentlemen was amazing.
Bathroom was very run down. Turned on shower some black shavings came out at first. Kept cooler on 60 the whole time but it felt like 80.

Comfy Beds, quiet
People there were a bit sketchy, first room has noisy neighbors blaring music but staff was happy to switch, however second room was moldy due to a leaky air conditioner. Woke up and the floor was wet.

Location was perfect and the pool on site was the reason we booked here.
The staff was amazing. Always kind and helpful.
It was in disrepair, the were cracks in the tile floors, patches of carpet missing. The hallways and elevator smelled like tobacco and pot.
The shower in the king bedroom flooded the bathroom every time it was used.
The tub/shower in the double queen bedroom never drained properly.

As soon as you hit the trash riddled halls, the smell of vomit, feces, and mold starts making a soft appearance. Once in the elevator and in the room, the smell shows up full force, and don't even think about the stairs where feces paints the walls. We unfortunately decided to make the best of it and bought air fresheners. I did do a quick bug look, but to my disappointment, I didn't look well enough and was almost eaten alive by bed bugs! I woke with my leg ate up with bites and immediately stripped the bed to reveal the urine stained beg infested mattresses!

See my review. Place is ran down, cockroaches in room, dirty sheets, dirty stinky carpet, pool area looked like a bio hazard, breakfast was gross, the entire place is gross.

The breakfast was ok needed another waffle maker so guest wouldn't have to wait so long and a more breakfast choices or add home style potatoes if it's not too much but I enjoyed it the bacon and eggs was great sausage I couldn't eat but my significant other enjoyed it
The heavy door's to our room was hard for me to open,the room we reserved smelled like cigarettes and toilet was too low but the front desk person searched for a handicap room to suit out stay due to me having knee surgery I needed a shower and a toilet a little bit taller and a side bar to lift up and down made sure our stay was great

They did not have any comforters for the let out couch and ask for towels did not clean rooms
