I liked that the room was a great temperature.
The temp in the lobby was hot. The pool was ridiculously hot and we couldn’t stay in there at all, our kids had to quit swimming. There were maintenance crew lugging augers around, I know they are necessary but very unsightly. The happy hour felt so cheap, it didn’t feel like it used to when my mom would bring us to ES growing up. The breakfast was nice at 730am but really bad at 930am. They wouldn’t even restock bananas and there was no staff making omelette’s.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff (other than the front desk guy) was VERY nice. I love how they walked around at breakfast to make sure we were not running out of anything.
Upon arrival the front desk guy was not very nice. He seemed to want to rush us away. It was hot in the front desk area. The whole hotel reeked of mildew. The pool area was dirty and it was very muggy. I would not stay at this location anymore.

Yeah it was absolutely horrible I booked it online and accidentally put my card because I didn't see you know I just thought it was a good room the picture on the website does not match the facility they were crackheads outside it was dark and dank at least 95° in the foyer or wherever you come in and I I asked the guy if my room was going to be cooler and he said yes and never got cool in 80 degrees I waited for about an hour trying to be patient and let it cool down but it never did it smelled like mildew there was a teeth flosser that wasn't mine when we came in the room there were some kind of green spots on the bottom of the blankets and sheets it was a horrible experience stay there for about an hour I went ahead and checked out I will not be using yalls Services again

The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping staff was cheerful.
The fire alarm went off at 5:00p.m very shortly after we got there. It went off again around 9:30 p.m. and at 12:00 a.m. We didn’t get any sleep for fear of burning alive. Also the building was very hot! Our room never got below 76 degrees. My husband went down stairs to complain and the manager told him we would have to talk to booking. Com. The building also had a mildew odor. Cocktail hour drinks were absolutely horrible We took one sip and threw them away. We passed on breakfast. We couldn’t get outta there fast enough.

Breakfast was great. The room was nice. And the staff was super nice and helpful whenever possible.
It would seem that the hotel is in need of a fair amount of repair. There were towls in several places on the floor of the dining area/lobby to soak up water from the leaky roof as well as ice machines being out of order. There were soap bottles attached to the shower walls but they were all empty. Not a huge deal as there was travel soap and shampoo on the counter, and the bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable.

Location
At first, we were going to be charged about $70 more than we booked. They figured out it was a training issue - no problem. They called someone over to fix it. But then we were told the room we booked/paid for was no longer available. Ok, no problem, we can live with it. Anyways, we parked around back and then the back door entrance didn't work when we scanned it, so we walked all the way around. Ok, that's fine, so we got to our room late and noticed it was warm like the rest of the hotel. It averaged 80 degrees all night. We slept terrible. We had to take showers in the morning because of it. There was no blankets in room, just a sheet. We woke up to sugar ants on our end table and the ice machine wasn't working. We then went down to breakfast (our table was sticky and there was even syrup in one of the elevator floors all over). We have stayed at probably 10-12 different embassy's, and this one was disappointing for our family. We always love Embassy's. It was not like this when we stayed here 2 years ago. Something has changed...
