It was ok
At one point, only 1 elevator worked. Parking garage was gross. Room AC did not cool the room. It was set on 60 the whole time and probably didn’t get above 76 in the room.

I like that we can text the property.
It was super dirty.
Found hair in the shower.
Let them know twice and they didn’t clean it.
Also microwave wa dirty and it had trash under the curtains and next to the sofas.

The location of property was great. Hotel was well kept and didn’t smell of revolving customers which was a plus for me. Thanks for having great customer service etiquette to those which displayed it.
The air wasn’t working as it needed to with the fact of the weather being in the 90’s

and very accommodating. service check in - friendly Omelette and two queen bed suites.
Parking fee is not a deal killer but make it secure. Better linens (cotton) and cooler rooms.

Room was comfortable, and spacious. Staff was very helpful and sweet. Most definitely enjoyed my stay very beautiful and breakfast was good.
Happy Hour did not last long and bartender was rude. Limited of towels to use. Temperature was kind of humid in the entryway. Parking I was it was free the other location on the other side of North Central on 35 parking is free.

The property is beautiful and clean!
Staff : one was super low voice couldn’t understand and didn’t really know how to answer questions, second one was rude she was to busy to help and give us full attention there was a 3rd gentleman super helpful sweet.
Communication: booking does not say anything about being prepared to pay for parking $20 dollars a day. POOL: a sign said out of order but turns out they just opening at 5 , my kid started a pissy party when they saw people coming out the pool when we tried to go it said out of service for maintenance
