Breakfast was great. The room was nice. And the staff was super nice and helpful whenever possible.
It would seem that the hotel is in need of a fair amount of repair. There were towls in several places on the floor of the dining area/lobby to soak up water from the leaky roof as well as ice machines being out of order. There were soap bottles attached to the shower walls but they were all empty. Not a huge deal as there was travel soap and shampoo on the counter, and the bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable.

Location
At first, we were going to be charged about $70 more than we booked. They figured out it was a training issue - no problem. They called someone over to fix it. But then we were told the room we booked/paid for was no longer available. Ok, no problem, we can live with it. Anyways, we parked around back and then the back door entrance didn't work when we scanned it, so we walked all the way around. Ok, that's fine, so we got to our room late and noticed it was warm like the rest of the hotel. It averaged 80 degrees all night. We slept terrible. We had to take showers in the morning because of it. There was no blankets in room, just a sheet. We woke up to sugar ants on our end table and the ice machine wasn't working. We then went down to breakfast (our table was sticky and there was even syrup in one of the elevator floors all over). We have stayed at probably 10-12 different embassy's, and this one was disappointing for our family. We always love Embassy's. It was not like this when we stayed here 2 years ago. Something has changed...

Don't stay here was very disappointing! The reviews Weren't honest. The air conditioning was not working. My daughter wasn't feeling well because it was too hot in the room and it smelled horrible! Customer service was extremely bad. The hotel itself is old dirty and dated by far the worst Hilton hotel I've ever seen. My daughter and I did not sleep well the bathroom entire room was filthy. there was mold on the windows. I'm going to request a complete refund my advice to you go somewhere else. They request $100 deposit but the place is really old and in bad shape. I'm very disappointed. There are people in training the manager had her hands full she couldn't concentrate on the customers. We ordered food in the restaurant and we found used toilet tissue paper inside the food.

Nothing , this was by far the worst hotel I could have ended up at , staff was absolutely awful, the food sucked , pool was closed both days I was there , broken gym equipment , black mold in my room stains on sheets and the floors , bugs , they didn’t cut the grass in the outside patio areas

The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. The fire alarm went off for 1 hour non stop disrupting my work which i understand situations happen. instead of being apologetic he said to me and other guests “it’s not my problem “ this is very disappointing as I’ve stayed in 10+ embassy’s across the United States.

room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay.
Pool was disgusting. No bedding for the pull-out bed. telephone in room did not work. refrigerator freezer needs to be de-iced. Parking in an underground parking lot with water leaking was a mess. Dining room tables were sticky plates and everything stuck to the table.

I didn't like the parking. Parking garage was okay, just the parking lines need to be more visible.
