We came to stay the weekend for my sons 15th birthday. We took him to a Stars hockey game, which this hotel location was a perfect for. The area is nice and felt very safe with lots of nice restaurant choices. The hotel itself is super nice and clean. The breakfast was really good with great choices. The staff was amazing and when one of the front desk ladies found out it was my son’s birthday she was so sweet to him. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only negative I can say was the down pillows on the beds weren’t the best pillows for my bad neck. So if you don’t sleep well on down pillows you may want to bring your own pillow. We will continue to book at this hotel when we come to Dallas.

It was nice. However, the room was hot. We believe the AC was not working. We did not report until the morning because we were tired and were not aware that maintenance was available until midnight.

I liked the location. I also liked that it’s a 24hr CVS next door. The staff were welcoming and friendly.
I didn’t like that they only had one elevator working and everyone one would crowd on the elevator. Also, it was very disappointing that they didn’t have any towels available two nights in a row. My family and I spent all day at the fair just to come back and still no towels available. I had to go out and purchase towels for us to shower. The breakfast was mid, the sausage was still pink in the middle.

Breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel ever. I loved the fact that they had a chef to cook to order free breakfast. The food was great.

Everything about the actual hotel was great. I think my room was missing a remote to the tv but the one that was in there worked both. Other than that it was excellent. I was over charged for parking $54 for 2 days. I think the site said $15 a day. But other than that it was great

I love the free breakfast and drinks
Upon booking our room for 2 night I was advised on booking.com of a $15 parking fee, when we were advised the parking fee was $20-25 parking fee. My card was charged immediately $54. I was advised we had a $40 deposit which we were not informed. We will not be staying at the Embassy again

Besides staff, my family and I enjoyed every bit of our stay!
I can count a few staff that were very rude to me and my famiy. I was not aware of available amenties until last minute or not at all. The kitchen closed an hour or so early without notice. We felt like we were treated unfairly. Housekeeping slow to clean
