It was nice. However, the room was hot. We believe the AC was not working. We did not report until the morning because we were tired and were not aware that maintenance was available until midnight.

Good location close to restaurants and shopping. Good highway access.
The hotel needs a facelift. Shower handle was loose and obvious wear and tear on the doors and furniture. Stated in the premium floor

I liked the location. I also liked that it’s a 24hr CVS next door. The staff were welcoming and friendly.
I didn’t like that they only had one elevator working and everyone one would crowd on the elevator. Also, it was very disappointing that they didn’t have any towels available two nights in a row. My family and I spent all day at the fair just to come back and still no towels available. I had to go out and purchase towels for us to shower. The breakfast was mid, the sausage was still pink in the middle.

Breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel ever. I loved the fact that they had a chef to cook to order free breakfast. The food was great.

Everything about the actual hotel was great. I think my room was missing a remote to the tv but the one that was in there worked both. Other than that it was excellent. I was over charged for parking $54 for 2 days. I think the site said $15 a day. But other than that it was great

I love the free breakfast and drinks
Upon booking our room for 2 night I was advised on booking.com of a $15 parking fee, when we were advised the parking fee was $20-25 parking fee. My card was charged immediately $54. I was advised we had a $40 deposit which we were not informed. We will not be staying at the Embassy again
