The breakfast was amazing. There was a large variety, and there was plenty of it. Everything was clean and very nice and the staff was very helpful.
The jacuzzi was kind of gross. It smelled weird. The pool was fine--chairs were all good and clean, and the towel stations neat and orderly.

Rooms are spacious Breakfast is great !!! Breakfast in fact is the best out of all hotels . Embassy suites really do a good job with brekafast
What i didnt like is that people running in the aisles teenagers yelling talking loudly qll this at 2 am while people are trying to sleep . But thats not the hotels fault

breakfast and cocktail hour were nice. staff was very friendly.
The freeway noise from our 5th floor room(I believe we were on the east side) was crazy. You could hear every vehicle, especially the motorcycles and loud cars...very early in the mornings (like 2-4am). That was even using a white noise app since we didn't bring our fan.

Ummm the pool.
Called many 2 times to make sure I was next to my sister. Was told it will be taken care of and no problem. Get here and it’s not happening. Asked why and they put her in the same room as someone else. When she tried to get in her room, a man walked out! Unacceptable! Then moved her to the top bunt couldn’t move us to a room on top like the one we had and wanted to change more money if we moved even after they put her in danger and said we would be in the same room. Also the front desk girl had a nasty attitude for no reason. She’s shouldn’t me working with guests at all.
