The heating in the pool and hot tub was not working. This was not mentioned upon arrival or anytime. This was the reason i selected this hotel because of the indoor pool. Also, the bathtub had a huge rust spot that kept chipping off when it was used.

Cleanliness and location.
There were kids running on every floor and yelling down stairs to their parents from the 4th floor. The hot tube was freezing

Breakfast was amazing! Staff was super kind! Hotel itself was nice and welcoming.
The beds in the double room are tiny. Hardly larger than a twin. Could easily fit two queens. When you search the hotel name on Apple Maps it takes you to the wrong location entirely. Made it very confusing.

Fix elevators too much traffic and taking the stairs isn’t appreciated nor logistically work out clean hot tub FILTHY could not use was skeptical about pool housekeeping came in room but did not clean anything tub and toilet still dirty

The check in was easy and the only staff member we saw was friendly.
The rooms were run down. Many dresser drawers wouldn't open. Doors wouldn't close. Furniture was broken or right out of the 70s. For a 2 bed room suite, this should be the top tier and if it was I hate to see the standard rooms.

Hot tub never worked. Asked the front desk to address the problem. They said the would take care of the problem and never did. I was at Market center and my trip was based around having a hot tub to soak after being on my feet all day. Also asked the front desk forsomething for the room and they never responded!

The pool looked over chlorinated, hot tub didnt work. There was a roach in our room. The beds were uncomfortable and the room never really got cool.

I love how beautiful it was walking in. It really catches your attention. The kindess of the staff at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I personally feel like I found the hotel I would always stay at when I'm in town.
The cook had an attitude but other than that, it was good!

Wonderful
I liked the large lobby area and I liked that the property is so close to shopping and restaurants.
The pool area seemed like it needed some attention and the water was a bit cloudy. Also, parking fees are high, especially if you’ll be staying here for a few days.
